
At UWMC you'll get the liberal arts or pre-professional, freshman and sophomore curriculum needed to receive your Associate of Arts and Science Degree, to complete some degrees right on our campus, or to transfer anywhere you want to complete your degree.

Certificate programs are available to UWMC students in Business, Women's Studies and International Studies. Please see an advisor in Student Services (Room 150) if you would like more information on any of these programs.
The AAS degree is the foundation for many majors and will transfer to other UW campuses, as well as other colleges and universities nationwide.

An Emphasis is a concentration of coursework in a given discipline, or area of study. UWMC offers 23 Emphases. A list of these Emphases and their requirements can be found at http://www.uwc.edu/academics/emphases/.
