All students that are interested in participating in intercollegiate athletics at UW-Marathon County must complete the forms below and turn them into their head coach or athletic director Bart Gray.
The University of Wisconsin-Marathon County Athletics Department holds its players to high academic standards. The Athlete Grade Report Form is utilized to facilitate communication between instructors and coaches regarding academic performance. Permission from the students to release this information to the Athletic Department is obtained and kept on file with the Athletic Director.
