The UWMC World Languages Academy (formerly the Adventures in Language Day Camp) is a language immersion program for children who have completed grades K-5.

Los Hispanohablantes (the Spanish unit)
The Hispanohablantes will learn Spanish the easy way by playing games, singing songs, chanting and performing role plays while "traveling" to the countries of the Spanish speaking world. While there, we'll learn about the local customs and spectacular sights, and treat ourselves to the tempting ethnic foods. Come join the fun and learn Spanish in an active, lively setting! ¡Ven conmigo! Come with me!
Zhong Wen Xue Tang (the Chinese unit)
Take a “trip” to China to explore language and culture through games, songs, crafts and food. Learn Mandarin, the official language of mainland China. Zhong Guo Huan Ying Nin!
Gurukul (Indian/Hindi unit)
Namaste. Aap kaise hain? (How are you?) Welcome to our “Indian National Language” Hindi unit, where you will learn commonly spoken Indian words and phrases, numbers, greetings, geography, famous monuments, fascinating culture and festivals. You will also learn the most popular Indian sport of cricket and some yoga for conscious relaxation.
