
Residents of Marathon Hall are expected to be aware of and follow all policies found in the Residence Life Policies.
As a member of the Marathon Hall Community, you will have many opportunities to influence the living environment and contribute to your new home. It is important to respect the rights of others and live responsibly together. With every "right" comes responsibility and as a member of the campus community, you are expected to respect others and follow all rules and policies established by the University community and the Department of Residence Life. Ultimately, it is our hope that you will make choices which are healthy, respectful, and support the academic mission of the University.
Changes in the rules and regulations may be made by the Department of Residence Life during the term of this contract by placing notices 48 hours before the changes become effective. If the health or safety of people using residence hall facilities may be adversely affected by any delay, implementation may be immediate.
