Instructional Technology Training & Support

The UWMC Instructional Technology program provides faculty, staff and distance education students with one-on-one assistance, troubleshooting services and training workshops on computer software.

Training is available (but not limited to) the following:

• Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook)
• Web Design and Accessibility
• Desire2Learn (D2L) Course Management System
• File Management and Basic Computer Skills
• Electronic Document Creation (PDF, Image Scanning)
• Video/Audio Capture, Multimedia Presentations
