USE OF E-MAIL AND WEB MATERIALS AT UWMC

COMPUTER USE AT UWMC

• The computers in the UMC computer labs are for currently enrolled UWMC students and are to be used primarily for instructional purposes.
• Incidental personal usage is allowed (i.e. personal e-mail, 'net surfing); however, if all the terminals are busy and you are using a computer for personal use, you will be asked to let another student use the terminal for course related activities.

The University of Wisconsin Marathon County Library is committed to providing students, faculty, staff and community users with access to various online and web based informational computer databases. In order to ensure that all users have access to these databases library computers are to be used only for class assignments and other educational purposes (i.e. no personal uses allowed). Activities allowed include, but are not limited to, accessing web based and online informational databases, searching the library's online catalog, and using web browsers to locate educational materials.
