UWMC Men's Basketball Welcomes D.C. Everest Graduate

The University of Wisconsin Marathon County welcomes Todd Clendenning (D.C. Everest H.S.) to the men's basketball program.

Clendenning, a 6'4" 200 lb. forward, came off the bench for Coach Bob Hinck's 1997-98 squad that went 13-3 in Wisconsin Valley Conference play en route to a share of the title.  The son of James & Cindy Clendenning of Schofield, Todd will enroll in general education courses at the Wausau campus.

UWMC Coach Dave Gibbs was pleased to learn of Clendenning's decision.  "Coach Hinck has really done a great job at Everest, and Todd's skills reflect his coach's emphasis.  He plays very hard, attacks the glass, and like all the Everest kids, really gets after it at the defensive end.  He is a welcome addition to our program."
